Aerotech gantries are suitable for machining MEA (Membrane Electrode Assembly) features at high speed while meeting the repeatability and accuracy required when stacking the MEA. Our high-performance dynamics combined with full-featured CNC controllers provides the ability to make through-holes and slots at high speed while maintaining extreme accuracy. Our multi-block look-ahead feature combined with PSO (Position Synchronized Output) for laser control provides superior throughput at the desired accuracy.

MEA patterns can be posted to the Automation 3200 controller for laser cutting.

For those applications that produce corrosive materials during cutting, sealed gantry solutions may be applicable. Additionally, special materials can be used in stage fabrication.

Customer cables for fiber fed, flying optics lasers, or cameras can be integrated into the cable management system to shorten integration times.
