The power and reset LEDs on our NStep4 are continuously flashing. The power LED flashes green and the reset LED flashes red. I can't see this error listed in the NStep manual and was wondering if this is something I can fix or if the unit needs to be sent back for repair?
Power LED flashing continuously
I am experiencing very slow communication between my PC (LabVIEW) application and my Ensemble MP controllers. For example, writing one double to the double registers takes about 22 ms using WriteRegister.vi. Reading a double with ReadRegister.vi takes even longer - about 34 ms. The task manager on my PC shows a 100 Mbps connection, for which the utilization never exceeds 0.5% during reading and writing. I would expect to be able to read and write values at least 100 to 1000 times faster given a dedicated 100 Mbps connection?
Ensemble Timing
The velocity feedback and velocity error (from Ndrive CP's) reported by NScope 2.21 seem to be quantized to the nearest 1 mm/sec, regardless of chart scaling. Can this be changed to give higher resolution?
NScope Scaling
I am trying to use the AerQueuePsoControl (etc., etc., etc.) function and am receiving the following error – 536337788 "Program Code line is full". Where can I find a better description of what this means?
AerQueue errors
How can I "programatically" transfer files to and from a controller using LabVIEW? I do not see any LabVIEW routines to do this, and when I try to use the .NET FileManager object (via LabVIEW) in the AeroTech.Ensemble assembly, LabVIEW finds no public constructors for the FileManager object.
Ensemble FileManager and LabView
What is the maximum AC current that I need to supply to the BA100 amplifier using 3-phase 208 VAC? What size circuit breaker should I install for a BA100 amplifier using 3-phase 208 VAC?

I have an XP Service Pack 2 computer. My software no longer works. Is there a newer version of the A3200 software that now supports XP Service Pack 2?
A3200 WinXP Service Pack 2
Have the NStep4 and A3200 been tested with PCI Express FireWire cards or will they run only with PCI FireWire cards? All the documentation I have read mentions only PCI.
Compatible FireWire Cards
I have installed a U500 ISA board (Rev C) into a Dell Precision 410 computer (which does have a -5 V power supply). I am connecting to linear stages driven by BMS60-A-D25-E1000H motors through a DR300. Motors and stages work fine when a different computer with a U500 PCI board is used for control. However, when I use the same parameter file with the U500 ISA board (and a U500C.jmp firmware file) I get feedback faults. The diagnostics screen shows that the encoders are providing feedback signals. Why do I get feedback faults when I'm clearly delivering feedback signals to the U500, and what can I do to solve this?
U500 Feedback Fault
Error Message "Axis 0: Unidentified 1394 Bus Node Member". I am using a FireWire card with three ports. One port is connected to an NStep. In this configuration everything works as expected. However, I also have a FireWire camera that I would like to plug into another port on the FireWire card, but when I do NView gives the error message above when I reset the NStep. If I unplug the camera all works fine again. Is it possible to run two FireWire devices on the same FireWire card?
Using two FireWire cards
