I cannot see any of the NParam values in the NParam utility. The whole window is black. I have to select one parameter to be able to view it. How do I fix this?

Your display theme is not set to Windows Classic.
To set your display theme to Windows Classic follow these steps.
Open up the Windows Control Panel.
Select the Display utility.
Select the Themes tab.
Change the theme to Windows Classic.
Select the Appearance tab.
Change the Windows and Buttons selection to Windows Classic style.
Change the Color Scheme to Windows Standard.
Apply these changes and restart the HMI.
Reopen the NParam utility. The background will now be white.
