I get an error stating my drive version does not match my software version. What should I do?

The firmware version on one or all of the drives does not match the software version of the SMC.
To fix this, close all A3200 applications and run the StopSMC prompt. After this is done, open up the Nload utility. This utility will load the firmware version for your machine onto the drives. The utility will pick the correct firmware to use. All that is needed is to select the drive you wish to program and press the PROGRAM button.
In versions 2.18 of the A3200 and greater, the ALL selection will reprogram all different styles of drive one after the other.
In version 2.17 and older, the drive type to be programmed must be selected from a list and programmed. This needs to be done for all drives that need the firmware upgraded.
This procedure takes about 5 minutes, depending on drive type and number of drives being programmed. When this is completed, the NViewHMI can be reopened without issue.
