To access the customer area
for downloads, knowledge base, and advanced features, you must log
in from the CUSTOMER LINKS section on the navigation bar.
First-Time Customer
If this is your first registration attempt and you are a new customer,
please enter your Soloist software key. Once we verify that your
key is valid, you will be directed to a page to create a profile.
After you have registered your key, we will send you your login
credentials to access the customer area.
The key is located on the Soloist software disc. If you do not have the software disc available, you can also find the key in your system registry.
WARNING: Before you edit the registry, you should first make a backup copy of the registry files. Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system software. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. |
