Aerotech’s rotary nanopositioners include the ANT95-R and ANT130-R. They are designed to be equally at home in the laboratory or 24/7 manufacturing environment. Both of these direct-drive rotary stages offer 0.005 arc-second in-position stability, sub 0.01 arc-second incremental motion, and unlimited rotation. The ANT95-R is for loads up to 2.0 kg, while the ANT130-R handles loads up to 3.0 kg. Both feature an 11 mm aperture. Aerotech’s direct-drive technology has no hysteresis or backlash, enabling accurate and repeatable motion.
