Aerotech’s Fast Delivery Service (FDS) provides our customers with quick turnaround times on common Aerotech stages, motors, and controllers. The following Q&A describes the program.

1. What exactly is the Fast Delivery Service?
The Fast Delivery Service provides our customers with quick turnaround on off-the-shelf selected Aerotech stages, motors, and controllers. This program provides the customer with generic parameters to run the stages and motors, and each FDS order is set up and run as a system before it ships.

2. What products are available with this program, and what are typical turnaround times for each?
Aerotech currently offers FDS on ADRS-100, ADRS-150, and ADRS-200 rotary stages, PRO115 and PRO165 linear stages, all of our 23 and 34 frame brushless rotary motors, the AOM110 series optical mount, and the Soloist™ CP motion controller.

Turnaround times are under 10 days for stages, and under 5 days for motors and controllers.

3. Are there any limitations to the program?
Limitations include multi-axis setup — only single-axis systems are currently included in the FDS.

4. Does the program incur a cost premium?
There is no additional charge for this program.

5. Will this program include additional products in the future?
Yes, additional stages and controllers will be offered through the fast delivery service in the future.
