25 mm (1 in) travel stage with proprietary direct-drive motor technology, 20 micron pitch sinusoidal output linear encoder and limits, 10 nm resolution with 2000x multiplication, 1 meter cable with 25-pin D connector

ANT-50L

50 mm (2 in) travel stage with proprietary direct-drive motor technology, 20 micron pitch sinusoidal output linear encoder and limits, 10 nm resolution with 2000x multiplication, 1 meter cable with 25-pin D connector

Note: ANT-50L XY requires an MP-50L adapter plate.
