Aerotech’s unique long-travel, direct-drive nanopositioners are for applications requiring nanometer and sub-arc-second accuracies over travels up to 160 mm, and are suitable for both laboratory and industrial applications. Our direct-drive nanopositioning stages include linear, XY, rotary, lift, Z-axis, and goniometers.
We have also developed an entire line of piezo nanopositioners for those that require the highest accuracy and resolution at travels up to 600 µm. Aerotech's Q series piezo nanopositioners are available in linear, XY, and Z-axis models that are ideal for applications ranging from microscopy to optics alignment.
