Our 3D models are hosted by 3D ContentCentral, a third-party service that is currently down. The vendor has confirmed this is a temporary outage and is working to restore access. We do not have a restoration date yet.
If you need a model now, contact your Aerotech sales representative with the full part number of the configuration you need, and we will send the file to you directly.
